At the end of October we took a wonderful trip to Hot Springs, Arkansas. My husband's parents who are members of RCI gave us a week in a condo in a location of our choice as a gift, and we chose Arkansas because it is beautiful and it's within a reasonable driving distance! We had such a fabulous time! We saw so many things and enjoyed relaxing. Some of the sites we saw included Bath House Row, Mountain Tower, Mid-America Science Museusm, the aquarium, Arkansas Alligator Farm, Garvan Woodland Gardens, and the Duck Ride. This picture of Sam and me is on the Summit of West Mountain. For our complete album of photos click on the Hot Springs Pictures link on the right hand side of the blog or go to

My favorite place we went was the Garvan Woodland Gardens. I took so many pictures, but can't post them all!

The Anthony Chapel in the Garvan Gardens was so gorgeous!

The Grand Promenade in downtown hot springs.

Daddy and Alex went fishing on the dock outside our condo. We had a beautiful view from our balcony which was right on Lake Hamilton.

Alex's favorite tourist trap we visited was the Arkansas Alligator Farm. I was not impressed, but he is still talking about all the alligators we saw.
